Participation Fee
This is the participation fee for your child to take part in the next Orchard Dance Academy stage show: 'Don't Stop Believing' (please note this participation fee is non-refundable.) If you need to purchase any uniform for your child, please purchase that separately to the show participation fee. The deadline to purchase your child's show participation fee is Wednesday 18th March 2026, in order for us to spread the costs for you over the coming months. 
 
By purchasing this participation fee, you are confirming you understand and agree to the following: 
In order to take part in the two performances on Sunday 19th July 2026, your child will also be required to take part in a tech rehearsal, dress rehearsal and photoshoot at the Beck Theatre, Hayes, on Saturday 18th July 2026. 
Students need to regularly attend their lessons in order to learn their dances for the show (with exceptions for circumstances like illness).  Students who frequently miss classes may be withdrawn from their routines.
The show will be filmed by a professional company, and the footage may be used in future for advertising purposes (the show footage will be available to purchase.)
A professional photographer will take photos of the students onstage, and these may be used in future for advertising purposes (the photos will also be available to purchase.)
Lots of hard work will go into making this show a fun, happy & unforgettable experience for our students and their families. Therefore, it is imperative that all parents remain polite and respectful towards our teachers at all times, in order for their child(ren) to take part in the show.
